Welcome to Core Revival Pilates where we celebrate all bodies.
We recommended newbies start with a private lesson to get introduced to the machines and movements.
If you are hoping to enjoy a group class, start with the Core Flow and Stretch & Balance classes, where we focus on core work, mobility, form and gentle movement that feels good and does good.
Already signed up for Core Revival or Sweat classes? No problem. Our teachers are well versed in modifications that will help you move well at any pace or experience level.
-
1. Mandatory Grip Socks: You must wear grip socks during class for safety and hygiene purposes. Grip socks are available for purchase upon arrival if needed. Bare feet or shoes are not permitted on machines.
2. Water: Make sure you stay hydrated before, during and after class. Feel free to bring your own bottle of water. For environmental reasons, we do not provide cups.
3. Towel: Not mandatory, but strongly recommended!
4. Attire: Wear stretchy or athleisure attire or something you are comfortable bending over in.
5.Modifications: Before class, please let your instructor know should you have any injuries, issues and/or if you are pregnant.

Yes! We primarily encourage our pre and post-natal clients to begin with private classes.
If you have registered for an Core Revival Advanced, Chair, or Sweat (Cardio) class and are currently pregnant, we kindly ask you to choose a different class better suited to your needs during this special time.
We recommend our Core Flow, or Stretch & Balance classes, which offer a more appropriate pace and intensity.
Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We reserve the right to turn away pre- and post-natal clients who have signed up for the aforementioned classes. Please contact us if you need assistance rescheduling your class or have any questions.

We’re happy you’d like to take class together! Since our group classes are open to the public, we unfortunately can’t guarantee spots for friends, family, or groups. The number of available spots is always shown on our website and can be used to coordinate bookings with your friend.
If your friend was admitted to class and you’re still on the waitlist, please review our Waitlist Policy, as it applies in this situation.
If you’d like to ensure you attend together, we recommend booking a Duet Session; a semi-private class designed for two people, perfect for training with a friend, partner, or family member.
-
If the desired class is full, join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you'll be added automatically up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class and be notified via email. If unable to attend, your spot goes to the next client.
If you did not make it off the waitlist, you will retain your credit. The credit will be available in your account to reserve another class at the end of the class waitlisted
Late cancellations within 12 hours will incur charges, which are irreversible.
-
Each class specifies its level in the class name (e.g., Beginner, Open Level, Intermediate), and includes a detailed class description along with requirements. We highly encourage all clients to review this information carefully before reserving a spot.
All clients are responsible for booking their own classes directly through our website and ensuring they select the appropriate level for their experience and safety. This is also outlined in the liability waiver signed prior to taking class.
If you reserve the wrong level, you are welcome to cancel and rebook into a more suitable class. Please note:
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class follow our standard late-cancel/no-show policies.
If you cancel after the 12-hour window, you will forfeit the credit and incur the applicable penalty fee.
We are unable to offer refunds or compensation for classes booked at the wrong level.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep classes safe, organized, and fair for all clients.
-
If your account shows as paused or you’ve been removed from an upcoming class, it usually means there is an outstanding balance on your account. This can happen when a penalty fee is pending, a card is not on file, has expired, or a payment did not go through.
To restore access and continue booking classes:
Log into your account
Add or update your payment method
The system will automatically settle the balance and reactivate your account
Once the balance is cleared, you’ll be able to book and attend classes again as usual.
If you need help updating your payment method, feel free to reach out!
-
Each credit has an expiration date listed in your account and on the credit before purchasing it. You can book classes up until 11:59pm the day before your credit expires.
You’re welcome to book classes scheduled for dates after the expiration, as long as the booking is made before the expiration deadline.
However, if you cancel a reservation after the credit has expired, the credit cannot be returned or reused. Because it is already expired, it becomes ineligible for rebooking.
To avoid losing a credit, please double-check your schedule before booking and cancel any reservations before your credit’s expiration date.
Credits expire and are not eligible for extension or reactivation.
-
Please do your best to arrive on time!
We understand inconveniences happen. However, to accommodate all parties involved and keep everyone safe, we can’t allow late entry once class starts. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session for an easy check-in.
If a client does not arrive at the start of the scheduled session, that client will be charged a $20 no show fee.
To reschedule a session, log into your account to manage your reservations 12 hours prior to the start of the scheduled session. Failure to do so will incur a $20 no show fee.
-
Life happens, we get it! That’s why we have a 12-hour cancellation policy in place. This helps keep things fair, manage the waitlist and ensures our community members have the opportunity to grab an open spot when someone can’t make it.
Please note that the policy also applies to rescheduling or moving class times. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, if classes are full, a penalty will apply for the reserved space.
To help maintain class availability for everyone a late cancellation and/or no show fee will be applied in addition to the loss of your class credit.
