Building Community IRL

As part of our community, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines when visiting the studio.

The below guidelines are continually being updated to remain in line with current regulations in New York, and nationwide.

We encourage you to prioritize your health and the well-being of others by staying home if you're feeling unwell or suspect you've been in close contact with someone who may have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last two weeks. We trust in your honesty and responsibility. As part of this, temperature checks and negative tests are no longer required.

As the situation has improved with reduced symptoms and widespread vaccine availability, your safety remains our priority, so we encourage you to take necessary precautions when attending crowded events and to stay home if you test positive. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we navigate these changes together!

Community Standards

What we ask of you

  • Please wear proper and respectful athletic attire during classes. Clothing should allow for safe, unrestricted movement and provide appropriate coverage for a group workout setting. Please avoid overly revealing or inappropriate outfits, as our studio is a shared space focused on wellness and mutual respect. Thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.

  • Please bring your own sweat towel, water bottle (pre-filled) and grip socks. If you forget your socks, we will be happy to sell you a pair. We prefer socks that cover the toes.

  • Client Safety: Grip Socks are Always Required

For your safety and hygiene, we kindly ask that all clients wear grip socks during our classes. If you forget to bring yours or don't have any, we have grip socks available for purchase at the studio.

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class and wait outside until the previous class has exited.

  • Face masks are optional.

  • Please stay home if unwell or if you believe you have been in close contact with anyone who may have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last two weeks.

  • You are welcome to sanitize your hands on entry and exit.
