Our Classes
All classes are performed on the reformer unless stated otherwise in the description.
Foundational Moves beginner-friendly, all levels welcome Great for: core alignment, improving flexibility, and learning control and endurance in a safe, supportive way. Suitable for: beginners, all levels, and pre/post-natal clients.
Body Basics beginner-friendly, all levels welcome Great for: exploring classical Pilates movement with a modern twist, approachable and welcoming for everyone. Suitable for: beginners, all levels, and pre/post-natal clients.
At least 10 Core Flow (beginner) or Core Basics (open level) classes experience with the studio and prior instructor approval required. Full-Body Fire strength + precision Great for: adding variety to your practice, deep core activation, improved balance and control using the Chair. Suitable for: intermediate Pilates practitioners looking for their next challenge. Not recommended for pre/post-natal clients.
Gentle Power calm + connection Great for: everyday movement, spinal mobility, joint support, gentle core reset, and anyone new to Pilates. Suitable for: beginners, all levels, and pre/post-natal clients in their 1st and 2nd trimester.

Class Schedule
12–20 classes weekly, curated to support your practice. All reformer sessions are 50 minutes and require grip socks. For the safety and comfort of every member, we cannot admit late arrivals after the 5-minute grace period. Cancel at least 12 hours before class to get your credit back. FAQs & Policies
Booking Window 7 Days Members may book classes up to 7 days in advance on a rolling basis. Each day a new future slot opens.
Cancellation 12-Hour Policy Cancel at least 12 hours before class to retain your credit. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the class credit. No exceptions.
Credits Use Within 30 Days Monthly membership credits must be used within the billing month. Credits do not roll over to the following month.
Late Arrivals 5-Minute Grace Please arrive 5 minutes before class. We cannot admit late arrivals after the grace period for the safety of all members.
Yes! Single classes are available at $40 and are a great way to experience the studio before committing to a membership. Credits do not roll over — each class credit is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
We use Acuity Scheduling — all booking is done directly on our website. Please note we no longer use the MarianaTek platform and the app has been discontinued. Once you purchase a single class or membership, you'll receive a confirmation email with your unique booking code. Use that code to reserve your spot. We have a 7-day booking window, so you can book up to 7 days in advance.

Doors open 10 minutes before class. For safety reasons, late entry is not permitted after a 5-minute grace period. Please plan accordingly.
Yes — grip socks are required for all classes. You can add a pair as an add-on when booking your class, or purchase them on our website and pick them up at the studio by showing your instructor the confirmation email.
Find the confirmation email sent to the address you used when booking and click the cancel link at the bottom. Cancellations made at least 12 hours before class retain your credit. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class result in a forfeited credit. No exceptions.
We do not offer pauses or freezes. If you need a break, simply cancel and rejoin when you're ready. Please note that Core Membership members must honor the initial 3-month commitment before cancelling.
Core Flex and Core Premium Flex members have no commitment and can cancel anytime from their account.

Core Membership members must honor the initial 3-month commitment before cancelling. Once complete, it automatically becomes month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime.
All credits — whether from a single class purchase or a monthly membership — expire 30 days from the date of purchase and must be used within that timeframe. Expiration dates are displayed in your account and at checkout. You may book any class up to 11:59 PM the day before your credit expires. Credits are final sale — no extensions or reinstatements once expired.
We are a cashless studio. We accept all major credit cards.
Your safety is our priority. In the event of extreme weather or citywide closures, we will notify clients and waive cancellation fees as needed.
We understand life is unpredictable — sickness, late arrivals, booking mix-ups, traffic, work, and everything in between. We're sorry to miss moving with you. However, because changes to past bookings directly impact our instructors and clients on the waitlist, we're unable to adjust or reinstate missed credits regardless of circumstance. We appreciate your understanding and for being part of our community.
